- Get a home insurance quote on desired property
- Review payment and down payment information on desired home with Mortgage Specialist
- Submit an offer
- Complete purchase agreement
- Complete revised loan disclosure documents with Mortgage Specialist
- Request a home inspection to protect you against deficiencies in the property
- Select a title company to handle your closing and title insurance
- Work through mortgage process with Mortgage Specialist
- Review appraisal when complete to ensure property value meets purchase price
- Start utilities on closing date (electric, gas, water, cable, etc)
